Play safely
Practical controls for the adult, invited-friend release.
Version 2026-08-20-adult-18 · effective 20 August 2026
Before playing
- Play only if you and your invited friend are adults aged 18 or older.
- Use a private place and remove documents, screens, people and location clues from the background.
- Check the invite sender and do not post the one-time link or room code publicly.
- Camera is required for the game; microphone is optional and off until you enable it.
During a battle
You may mute, change camera focus or leave at any time. Consent can be withdrawn during the game. If the other participant pressures, threatens, sexualises, records or exposes you, leave rather than trying to collect evidence yourself.
Reporting
Use in-product report/block controls for an account opponent. For guest, privacy, child-safety or appeal issues, email alvinja8845@gmail.com with the time and safe identifying details you already have. Never attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
What Smile Battle can and cannot see
Ordinary live media is peer-to-peer or relayed as encrypted packets and is not intentionally recorded by Smile Battle. That protects privacy but means the operator may not possess a copy of what happened. Reports can still use account, match, chat and connection records that the service actually holds. Another participant can record externally despite the rules.
Child safety
There is no child account or parental-consent path. If you believe a minor accessed the service or is at risk, stop the interaction and report it. Smile Battle restricts affected access and follows a confidential preservation/reporting assessment; it does not ask users to resend illegal material.
