Public uploads are paused by default while the operating entity, designated-agent registration and production scanning coverage are completed. This page prepares the process without claiming that Amirhossein Jahanshahi is already a registered DMCA agent or protected by a particular safe harbour.

Upload only content you created and control. You must have permission from every identifiable person and the necessary rights to all video, voice, music, artwork and other material. Downloads, compilations, reposts, television clips and social-media clips are not accepted merely because they are publicly available.

You keep your ownership. When uploads are enabled, you grant the limited licence stated in the Terms so Smile Battle can store, scan, transcode, display and distribute the clip for the feature. Removing a clip ends that operational licence except for scoped backups, disputes and legal preservation.

Use the in-product report control for an approved clip, or contact alvinja8845@gmail.com. Include the clip URL or ID, the work or person affected, your contact information, the action requested and enough information to assess authority. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary identity documents.

A formal notice should contain the elements required by 17 USC 512, including signature, identification of the protected work and material, contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, and authority to act. The final registered-agent identity and public address remain an owner/counsel gate and will be published here only after registration.

Credible notices can disable a clip while they are assessed. The uploader normally receives a reason and an opportunity to respond unless disclosure would create a safety or legal risk. Substantiated repeat infringement can lead to upload restriction or account termination; restored or withdrawn matters must not count as active strikes.
