Account deletion

Self-serve account deletion isn't built yet. Until it is, email alvinja8845@gmail.com with subject "Delete my Smile Battle account" from the address on your account. We verify the request through your account email and a fresh authenticated session rather than asking for government ID by default.

Your profile, credentials, friendships, and account-linked gameplay history. Anonymous, non-identifying funnel events are never linked back to you and don't need separate deletion.

Records tied to an open safety report, active legal hold, or a statutory retention duty are kept only as long as that reason requires, per the Privacy notice.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a few business days. This page will be updated once in-product self-serve deletion ships.
